Allergens & potential side-effects: Gluten-free and contains no detectable pesticide residues. Green tea does naturally contain caffeine, but the amount in each extract serving is minimal. For those sensitive to alcohol, this extract can be added to warm purified water and left for 5 to 10 minutes before drinking, so that the alcohol can 'gas off'.
