The Really Healthy Company
Founded in 1995 from personal obsessions with natural health, The Really Healthy Company began with no investment backing — just a passion for wild Klamath Blue Green Algae that one of our founders introduced to the UK. From home-business roots, we have grown steadily and organically, choosing each new product with care and integrity. Some we source from the best and most trusted suppliers, and others we contract manufacture to the highest spec. This ensures that every product meets our standards for quality, purity, efficacy, and scientific credibility. We also carry products because we have met the doctors/practitioners who developed them for specific protocols, and want to make them available in the UK.
Today, we’re proud to have a loyal community of customers who value dealing with a straightforward, personable company — one you can still speak to on the phone or visit in person, including speak to our nutritionist. Our customers include practitioners, clinics, and shops across the UK, and some of our products appear in trade and practitioner catalogues. Our customers are generally very happy with the services we provide, but we do mess up occasionally, usually when the third-party carriers we use — Royal Mail & DHL Courier — are being problematic with delivery, or with delays in overseas Customs entry. But rest assured that we do try to resolve these issues ASAP.
Indeed, personal service has always been at the heart of what we do. We take pride in offering knowledgeable advice and supporting natural health education through sponsorships, conferences, and events. And a significant portion of our profits goes to charities that make a real difference — something we consider to be part of doing business the right way.

Key Personnel
Luisa Carugati BA, DipCNM, ANP, MBACP (Accred) is a qualified Nutritional Therapist who trained at The College of Naturopathic Medicine and now works as the in-house Nutritionist at The Really Healthy Co. She is also a fully qualified integrated counsellor with BACP Accredited status. Luisa specialises in gut health, hormone health, and neurodiversity, bringing together her clinical experience with a deep psychological and spiritual curiosity. Her work is rooted in identifying the underlying causes of health imbalances rather than focusing solely on surface symptoms.She believes that nutrition therapy is not a quick fix — but with commitment, clarity, and compassionate guidance, the body has a remarkable capacity to repair and rebalance. For Luisa, nutrition, psychology, and spirituality are inseparable strands of holistic healing, both for herself and for the clients she supports.
We Sell Worldwide
We sell products tax-free for overseas orders. (But you will need to pay the customs tax in your country.)
Client Focused
Our nutritionist may recommend other products that we do not sell nor make commission on.

We still send out products ourselves, although we do use third-party carriers such as Royal Mail and DHL.
