The following is our returns policy:

General Procedure

If any of our products are faulty or you receive the wrong item/s, please inform us and then return them in a re-saleable condition within 30 days of receiving them. Upon receipt of the goods and verification of the problem, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement, along with a refund for the carriage & insurance costs of the returned item/s. Please ensure that returns are securely packaged and sent by an insured or signed for service as we cannot be responsible for returns that we do not receive.

If you change your mind about an order, please inform us (no problem!) and then return, at your cost, any items within a 30-day period in a resalable condition (items must be unopened and the packing must remain in pristine condition) for a full refund.

As we cannot be responsible for goods sent back to us that go missing in the post or that are damaged by the post (and therefore not in re-saleable condition), we recommend that returned items be securely packaged and that they are sent via an insured service to the value of the items being returned. The cost of return postage and insurance will be refunded to you if you are specifically returning a faulty product or an order we made a mistake on.

For partial returns, volume discounts will not apply to product kept, unless goods are being returned because they are faulty. Therefore, after the refund, you will end up paying what you would have if you had bought only the items that you are keeping.

We will refund you as soon as we receive the goods back in re-saleable condition.
