Premier Glucose Manager™ is a specialist food supplement combining GlucoVantage® Dihydroberberine with Reducose® Mulberry Leaf Extract to provide comprehensive glycaemic and metabolic support. Unlike standard berberine supplements or single-ingredient glucose-balancing products, Glucose Manager targets two distinct mechanisms: cellular glucose uptake and carbohydrate digestion, covering the full glycaemic cycle before and after meals.
GlucoVantage® is a next-generation form of berberine with up to five times greater bioavailability than standard berberine, meaning it works effectively at lower doses with better tolerability and fewer of the gastrointestinal issues often associated with conventional berberine. It activates AMPK — the body’s master metabolic switch — supporting insulin sensitivity, healthy cellular glucose uptake, and mitochondrial energy production. Reducose® is a premium mulberry leaf extract standardised to 5% DNJ (1-Deoxynojirimycin), delivering 12.5 mg per capsule — up to 50 times more DNJ than typical mulberry extracts. DNJ naturally slows carbohydrate breakdown in the small intestine, helping to smooth post-meal glucose curves and reduce insulin demand.
Each capsule provides 100 mg GlucoVantage® Dihydroberberine and 250 mg Reducose® Mulberry Leaf Extract at their clinically substantiated doses. The formula is clean and free from synthetic additives, harsh solvents, or unnecessary excipients, and is verified for identity, purity, potency, and microbiological safety.
Directions: Take 1 capsule with each meal containing carbohydrates, up to a maximum of 3 capsules per day. If you are taking glucose-lowering medication, consult your healthcare practitioner before use, as this product may have additive effects. Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.

Contraindications: Do not take if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Dihydroberberine may interact with medications metabolised by CYP450 enzymes or P-glycoprotein. Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.
Allergens & potential side-effects: Contains no common allergens. Well tolerated at recommended doses; the enhanced bioavailability of dihydroberberine helps minimise the gastrointestinal discomfort sometimes associated with conventional berberine.

Best Before Dates: PRL now spray-print best-before dates in the format "Best By YY-MM-DD" on the base of most of their bottles, where YY is the year, MM is the month, and DD is the day. Where that is missing, the best by is two years after the manufacturing date which is of the format: "MFG YYMMDD-123456".
