For those with very sensitive stomachs, this product can also be taken as a tea: mix the contents of 3 capsules into a cup of hot purified water and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes.
Children: Food supplements are generally formulated for adults, so we recommend consulting a healthcare practitioner before giving any of these PRL practitioner-range supplements to children.

Practitioner advice: In special cases with those with chronic stomach problems, up to 10 capsules may be taken daily. A typical regimen would be to take 2 capsules as a tea 30 minutes before each of three main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), and take the remainder in capsule form or as tea throughout the day in between meals.

Best Before Dates: PRL now spray-print best-before dates in the format "Best By YY-MM-DD" on the base of most of their bottles, where YY is the year, MM is the month, and DD is the day. Where that is missing, the best by is two years after the manufacturing date which is of the format: "MFG YYMMDD-123456".
