The Really Healthy Company Ltd. is a London-based natural health shop specialising in the introduction and distribution of leading-edge and research-based nutritional supplements into the UK and Europe.
We started organically in 1995, not with a dry business plan but through the personal obsession of the founders with natural health solutions. One of our founders was the first to introduce Klamath algae into the UK and European markets, and so when we started we were actually solely a green food company. Since that time we have slowly and consciously built up a unique product line, selecting only the highest quality nutritional solutions and other products that we believe can make a real difference to our customers’ lives.
Today, our product range is still relatively small, but we now have a large and loyal customer base, which includes many high-profile practitioners (including medical doctors), clinics and shops, and our products are available in some of the leading trade catalogues.
The cornerstone of The Really Healthy Company’s growth over the years has been our personal and professional service, and our commitment to natural health education — helping to sponsor speakers and conferences. We also support a number of charities that have become very important to us, which means that a significant percentage of our profits is donated to good causes.

Olivier Sanchez NTDip rCHNC is a fully registered Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist and is an expert in stress and stress-related conditions, including the many multifactorial inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. He has undergone intense training in Naturopathic Medicine (includes the learning of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), in-depth nutrition, detoxification, homeopathy, the basics of herbal medicine, and more. His timely discovery of Naturopathic Nutrition has finally provided the tools he needed to pursue his calling: helping people.
Through constant research and studying, Olivier is amassing an entire set of tools with up-to-date evidence in order to help his clients reach an optimum state of health. A qualified Iridologist, certified in Sport & Nutrition, Cleanse, Detox & Weight Management, his ongoing training includes NLP and Personal Performance Coaching, both exceptional techniques, he believes, can help identify blockages and barriers that may prevent many from moving forwards, and becoming the person they only dreamed of, healthy and happy.
Olivier is also a Michelin-trained Chef with over 25 years of experience in restaurants and private employment for the rich and famous. An Ambassador of Naturopathic Cuisine, he has designed, tried and tested many original recipes for national magazines and blogs. Additionally, Olivier helped launch and was the leading lecturer and practical teacher for the UK’s first Natural Chef and Vegan Natural Chef courses, teaching students the basics of cooking including various subjects on naturopathic nutrition as part of the curriculum.
Juliet Hayward BA(Hons), MA, DNN received her diploma in Nutrition from the College of Natural Nutrition. She worked as lead nutritionist at the well-known Nutri Centre in London, which, before it closed, was one of the leading suppliers nutritional supplements to practitioners and their patients in the United Kingdom.
Since leaving the Nutri Centre in 2008, she has worked independently as a nutritionist and concentrated her efforts in determining the role of diet and nutritional supplements in supporting people with cancer, heart disease and other serious pathologies. She has now joined the Academy of Natural Medicine at the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
