Brief FAQ

We send out orders via 3rd party carriers — Royal Mail and DHL courier. Unfortunately, we have no control over these companies. But rest assured that the orders we send out are insured so that once a package is confirmed lost, you will get a refund or a replacement order.

If the product is faulty, we will refund the whole order. Please note you must return order within a 30-day period.

It has become more difficult to send packages to the USA because of more stringent import regulations and paperwork now needed. However, we make sure all US orders are sent out with the correct paperwork.

We ship to most countries in the world. There are some restrictions for some countries. For example, we cannot send to non-PO-boxes in the Middle East (orders seem to return when we do).

If products are being sent outside the UK, we will remove the 20% tax. But when that 20%-cheaper order enters the destination country, you will be charged your own country’s import tax. We unfortunately have no control over Customs in any country.

We provide access to Luisa our Nutritionist or works Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. You are welcome to call and have a no-cost chat about our products and whether they would be helpful in different situations. However, if you are looking for a proper nutritional assessment, you will need to book an official practitioner session with Luisa.
