We are generally open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, and orders placed before 1.00pm GMT on a working day are sent out the same day.
Apart from weekends, we are also closed on national or bank holidays and a few other days. The following is an regularly-updated list of our scheduled holidays:
