Flo-Ez flower pollen extract is available in 90 tablet size and is suitable for vegetarians (but not vegans). Take 1-2 tablets a day, or as advised by your health practitioner. For special needs, increase to 2-3 per day for 3 weeks and then back to 1-2 a day.
