We eat high-glycemic diets (rich in foods that release sugars quickly into the blood) that provide little of the vitamins and minerals that we need for super vitality. There are two types of health supplements available for energy: those that supply the body with the nutrients necessary for it to increase its energy production, and those that stimulate the body to increase energy production. Too much stimulation, however, can be exhausting on the body (which is why caffeine hits are not good for you) which is why natural substances like Ginseng are used, substances that do not product the characteristic "low" after the high. |
