Here are some of the frequently asked questions regarding online ordering:

Q. What is your VAT number?

A. GB 657 0853 16

Q. If I order today how soon will I receive my products?

A. We post products within 1 business day of receiving them. Just about all orders received before 1.00pm on any business day (Mon-Fri) leave our premises the very same business day. How soon your order will be delivered, however, depends on where it is being delivered to. UK orders are generally sent by Royal Mail signed or by courier if higher value and/or weight, and delivery usually takes a few days. EU order tend to take up to a week, but often sooner. And orders to countries outside the EU can take a few weeks, often because they can be held up in your country's Customs. We obviously have no control over Customs, but if an order is eventually confirmed lost, we will of course either send out a replacement or refund you your money.

Q. Why does your website say so little about your products?

A. No medical claims can generally be made for health supplements and so we cannot and do not make them. However, we can try to point you in the right direction if you want to get that information yourself.

Q. What are your hours of business?

A. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.
