Order Delivery

 

When placing an order with us, the following apply for delivery/shipping:

Shipping Speed

Generally, if products are in stock, we send out new orders within 1 business day of receiving it. Usually, orders received before 1.00pm go out the same day. Occasionally, if a product is not in stock or an order cannot be fulfilled for any other reason, we will delay, but not before contacting our customer to explain the situation.

Shipping Methods

The Really Healthy Company Ltd. uses two main shipping methods for customer orders that are placed online:

  1. Royal Mail Signed-for or Special Delivery (usually for lighter and less costly items, or for overseas orders)

  2. Interlink Courier (for heavier and more costly items to UK customers)

We can also arrange overseas couriers (such as TNT) for customers living in other countries who want a speedier and more reliable delivery. This costs significantly more than the normal way we send items, and you will need to phone in your order to arrange for this service. (We will need to get a quote for your particular order which will depend on weight, dimensions and destination.)

When you place an order online, a the most cost effective shipping method is automatically selected and included in the fixed prices for delivery (see below).

     Prices inclusive of VAT for UK and EU orders, and exclusive of VAT for non-EU orders.

Heavy items which include TMAZ, Vibe, Xylitol may well have an extra amount automatically added because they are heavy items.

Order Tracking

All orders are sent using some sort of tracking mechanism and require a signature on delivery. However, for overseas orders, tracking stops when the items leave the UK (although they still require a signature upon delivery).

Order Has Not Yet Arrived

We do our best to insure efficient delivery to our customers however once goods leave our office we cannot assume liability for shipping delays as we have no control over third party postal services, couriers and customs. We therefore offer no guarantees for speed of delivery. Obviously, if your order is confirmed lost, you will receive a replacement. However, a reasonable of amount of time (that declared by the mail or courier company) must be given before an order is declared officially lost in transit.

That said, the majority of the UK orders we send out arrive the next working day; the majority of orders to Europe arrive within 3 working days to a week; and the majority of orders to the rest of the world arrive within about 14 working days.

If your order does not arrive within 10 days for UK delivery, two weeks for Europe and 3 weeks for the rest of the world, please inform us, quoting your order number in all correspondence. We can then investigate where your package has gone and send you out another if it is lost.
